PEORIA, Ill. — The plaintiff in a Wright Medical (NYSE: WMGI) hip case has asked a federal court to extend discovery for 60 days to allow for necessary depositions and investigation of the additional documents expected to be produced by the defendant pursuant to a magistrate judge’s recent order.
Jeffrey Peterson filed the motion to reopen discovery in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois Feb. 28, noting that the parties have discussed the request and Wright has not consented to the additional discovery time.
