New Jersey Coordinating Court Appoints Liaison Counsel in Stryker Rejuvenate/ABG II Cases

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Bergen County (N.J.) Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti has appointed Weitz & Luxenberg’s Ellen Relkin as Liaison Counsel and chair of the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for that state’s multicounty proceedings in the Stryker (NYSE: SYK) Rejuvenate/ABG II hip implant litigation.

Judge Martinotti announce the appointment of Relkin in his first official Case Management Order since being assigned in January as presiding judge in the proceedings.

The judge also oversees New Jersey’s DePuy ASR hip implant docket.
