BOSTON — A Massachusetts federal judge has refused to grant class certification in three Celexa and Lexapro marketing and sales practices cases, finding a single nationwide class is not manageable in two of the cases and, in the third case, the plaintiff failed to establish that each of the putative class members was exposed to allegedly fraudulent conduct.
Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts issued the order Feb. 5.
