Durom Cup MDL Court Approves Plaintiff Fact Sheet

NEWARK, N.J. — Judge Madeline Cox Arleo has approved a proposed 28-page fact sheet that provides detailed information for each plaintiff whose case is assigned to the Zimmer (NYSE: ZMH) Durom Hip Cup MDL in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Judge Arleo signed the order Feb. 1, a day after the stipulated fact sheet was filed with the court.

Each fact sheet includes personal information, including information subject to protect order, and detailed implant and explant information regarding the Durom Acetabular Component that is the subject of the lawsuit.
