DALLAS — The judge presiding over the DePuy Pinnacle hip implant proceedings has ordered that all confidentiality measures imposed by the United Kingdom for its National Joint Registry data will be followed by parties to the MDL.
Judge James “Ed” Kinkeade of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas signed an order Jan. 23 memorializing a stipulation amending the court’s protective order for documents produced by DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. and affiliates in the MDL.
