New Jersey Rejuvenate/ABG II Hip Implant Cases Coordinated in Bergen County

TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey Supreme Court has designated all Stryker (NYSE: ZMH) Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip cases as suitable for coordination in a multicounty litigation proceeding and assigned them to Bergen County Superior Court.

The court said in its Jan. 24 notice to the bar that Judge Brian R. Martinotti, who already heads New Jersey’s DePuy ASR hip implant docket, would preside over the Rejuvenate Hip Stem and ABG II Modular Hip Stem cases.
