CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Wyoming man whose physician used a “Stryker Gamma3 Locking Nail System” to repair a broken hip and femur alleges in a recent complaint that the system’s inherent defects caused it to fail under stress.
Wayne Tolman filed the action against Stryker Corp. (NYSE: SYK) in Big Horn County’s (Wyo.) Fifth District Court Dec. 12. Stryker removed the action to the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming on Jan. 16.
