SAN FRANCISCO —A DePuy (NYSE: JNJ) ASR hip implant trial will proceed in Los Angeles Superior Court Jan. 22 with four of the 14 causes of action having been dismissed or withdrawn, according to a joint statement submitted to the trial court.
The parties submitted the statement Jan. 17 at the behest of Los Angeles Superior Court Judge J. Stephen Czuleger on causes of action dismissed after a Jan. 11 hearing by San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard A. Kramer, who presides over the coordinated DePuy ASR docket.
