Kransky Parties Submit Additional Briefing on DePuy’s Pre-Trial Dismissal Bid

SAN FRANCISCO — DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. (NYSE: JNJ) has offered additional arguments in its bid for summary adjudication of claims in an ASR hip implant suit set for trial Jan. 22, saying that plaintiffs have either failed to assert that they have stated a viable claim on some counts or failed to offer evidence of a material dispute on the merits.
