SAN FRANCISCO — The judge presiding over the coordinated California hip implant cases is considering another motion for an expedited trial by a plaintiff whose physicians have said that he is suffering from an infection that began at the site of his left hip implant and will likely prove terminal.
Michael Cham’s counsel submitted a Motion for Trial Preference Jan. 7 to Judge Richard A.
