MIAMI — A second Florida plaintiff has asked a federal judge to allow her to bring new claims against an in-state defendant and then remand her Stryker (NYSE: SYK) Rejuvenate hip implant suit for lack of complete diversity.

Defendant Howmedica Osteonics Corp. noted the nearly identical motions in its Nov. 15 response to Connie Piccinonna, but its request for a consolidated hearing on the issue was rendered moot once another judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida granted a similar motion to amend and remand in Simon v.
