NEW ORLEANS - Attorneys for Janssen Pharmaceutica Inc., and Johnson & Johnson submitted a motion to dismiss with prejudice the claims of 23 plaintiffs involved in Propulsid products liability lawsuits based on their failure to provide their Plaintiff Profile Forms (PPF). In re: Propulsid Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1355 (E.D. La.).
The motion was filed Aug. 8 and claims that the plaintiff's failure to produce the PPFs demonstrates that they are not interested in participating in the litigation.
