New England Compounding Supports Consolidation of Meningitis Cases, Says They Aren’t Products Liability Claims

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The compounding pharmacy allegedly responsible for an outbreak of meningitis cases linked to contaminated pain injections has told a federal judiciary panel that it supports the creation of a centralized docket for lawsuits brought against the company.
