PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge has granted GlaxoSmithKline’s (NSE: GLAXO) motion to transfer a Paxil injury case to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, ruling that the private and public interest factors weigh in favor of that district because that is where most of the operative facts occurred.
