Wright Medical Takes Down ‘Get-Around-Knee' website after Stryker Sues for Infringement

NEWARK, N.J. — A federal judge who has already made a preliminary finding that Stryker Corp. (NYSE: SYK) is likely to prevail on its claim that a Wright Medical Technology (NYSE: WMGI) website infringes on the former’s "GETAROUNDKNEE" trademark has been asked to extend Wright’s deadline to answer until Nov. 2.

Wright moved for the additional time Oct. 18, asking the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey to extend the deadline for Wright to answer the complaint for 14 days, or until Nov. 2.
