TRENTON, N.J. — Plaintiffs in several New Jersey personal injury suits involving the Stryker (NYSE: SYK) Rejuvenate and ABG II Modular hip implant devices have filed a petition to have their cases presided over by one state court judge.

The petition to designate the Stryker hip stem litigation as a “multi-county” case was filed Sept. 19 by firms representing plaintiffs in 10 cases. They request that the coordinated docket for all similar pending and future cases be established in Bergen County Superior Court and overseen by Judge Brian Martinotti, who is handling state court suits involving the recalled DePuy ASR …
