ALEXANDRIA, La. — In response to plaintiff attorneys’ accusations that she improperly reached out to state courts to discuss the coordination of Actos injury cases, the judge overseeing the federal Actos multidistrict litigation explained that “cooperation between state and federal judges is not only advised, it is advised often.”
