LAS VEGAS — Plaintiffs in one of the 14 Nevada DePuy ASR hip implant cases included on a conditional transfer order have asked a federal judge to reconsider the stay imposed last month in light of another district judge’s decision to address the same remand issues in an upcoming hearing.
