UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — Maryland plaintiffs alleging defects in their DePuy ASR hip implants have moved to compel testimony from Alex Gorsky, Johnson & Johnson’s chief executive officer, saying he was “personally involved” in ASR decision-making prior to its 2010 recall.
Moira Jackson and her co-plaintiffs say in their Aug. 17 Motion to Compel that they have been rebuffed in requesting deposition testimony from Gorsky and note that an Oct. 30 discovery deadline is looming.
