BALTIMORE — A federal judge in Maryland cited the burden on defendants to litigate in multiple forums in granting their motion for a stay in a DePuy ASR hip implant case, pending a final decision by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on whether to transfer the action to the federal MDL in Ohio.
