HACKENSACK, N.J. — A Florida woman who alleges that she suffered injuries as a result of a Stryker Rejuvenate hip implant system has filed in New Jersey what is believed to be the first lawsuit regarding the device since it was recalled earlier this year. Pingel v. Howmedica Osteonics Corp., et al., No. n/a (N.J. Super. Ct., Bergen Cty.).
