December Trial Off As Nevada Plaintiffs ‘Resolve’ DePuy ASR Claims

LAS VEGAS — Three plaintiffs who were scheduled to have their DePuy ASR hip implant claims tried in December have “resolved” their claims against the manufacturer and distributor, HarrisMartin is reporting. Rundle, et al. v. Precision Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. A-11-636272-C (Nev. 8th Jud. Dist.).

No details were forthcoming from the parties or their counsel, who declined comment on the terms of the agreement, only saying that the case has been resolved. A motion to dismiss is expected to be filed.
