Pinnacle MDL Court Issues Requirements for Document Production

DALLAS - Parties in the federal consolidated DePuy Pinnacle implant proceeding were given guidelines on document production in the court's latest case management order, including requirements for scanning and log files. In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 3:11-md-2244-K (N.D. Texas).

Judge James Edgar Kinkeade signed Case Management Order #4 May 7, defining documents and acknowledging the various forms such discovery materials could take, from spread sheets to "TIFF" files to extracted text.
