COLUMBUS, Ga. - A Georgia judge has refused to dismiss claims by a plaintiff who allegedly suffered injuries from two failed knee revision and replacement surgeries, despite the woman's inability to identify which of three named defendants manufactured the products that failed following her second surgery. Parker v. Howmedica Osteonics Corp., et al., Nos. 12-26, 12-49 (M.D. Ga.).
