More Illinois ASR Cases Consolidated as Court Moves Toward Early 2013 Trials

CHICAGO - Nearly 70 additional cases have been consolidated in the Illinois DePuy ASR hip implant proceedings in Cook County Circuit since the beginning of the year, as the court moves toward the first trials now scheduled for late February 2013. The new additions nearly doubles the list of cases added to the Cook County DePuy docket since the Illinois Supreme Court granted the petition for a coordinated proceeding under Supreme Court Rule 384 on Sept. 15.
