JPML Remands 4 NexGen Knee MDL Cases to Transferor Courts

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has remanded four NexGen knee implant cases from the federal MDL in Illinois to their transferor courts, citing the stipulations entered by the parties. In re: Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2272 (N.D. Ill.).
