DENVER - A Colorado federal judge has denied Breg Inc. summary judgment on negligence and strict liability claims in a pain pump injury case, finding a question of fact as to whether the manufacturer knew or should have known that use of the device in the joint space could cause chondrolysis. Klingemann v. Breg Inc., No. 1:10-1797 (D. Colo.).
