Plaintiffs in Wright MDL Submit Proposed Fact Sheets, Disclosure Forms

ATLANTA - Plaintiffs in the Wright Conserve hip implant proceedings have submitted proposed fact sheets and preliminary disclosure forms as requested by presiding judge William S. Duffey Jr. In re: Wright Medical Technology, Inc., Conserve Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2329 (N.D. Ga.).

Plaintiffs submitted their proposals for Plaintiff Fact Sheet, Plaintiff Preliminary Disclosure Form and Defendant Fact Sheet to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on April 20.
