2 Firms Seek Appointment as Lead, Liaison Counsel in Wright Medical MDL

ATLANTA - Counsel from firms in Georgia and California have requested appointment as plaintiffs' lead and/or liaison counsel in the Wright Conserve implant coordinated proceedings, saying they represent plaintiffs in the most cases filed to date and have gathered the support of other counsel. In re: Wright Medical Technology, Inc., Conserve Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2329 (N.D. Ga.).

The April 9 application from Pope, McGlamry, Kilpatrick, Morrison & Norwood in Atlanta and Kiesel Boucher Larson in Beverly Hills, Calif., is in accordance with the MDL court's first procedural order in which presiding judge solicited such interest.
