SAN DIEGO - A California federal judge has denied a Pinnacle hip implant plaintiff's motion to reconsider its order dismissing the case for lack of jurisdiction despite plaintiff's plea to leave the issue for the MDL court after its anticipated transfer. Franks v. DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. 12-cv-441 (S.D. Calif.).
