Nevada State Court Schedules Trial in DePuy ASR Hip Case for Dec. 3

LAS VEGAS - A Nevada state court judge has scheduled trial for Dec. 3 in a case brought by three plaintiffs who allege that their DePuy ASR hip implants were defective. Rundle, et al. v. Precision Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. A-11-636272-C (Nev. 8th Jud. Dist.).

The law firm representing the three Nevada plaintiffs noted in announcing the trial date that they also represent Maryland plaintiffs whose trial is currently set to begin in January (Jackson, et al . v. Chesapeake Orthopaedics, Inc., et al., No. CAL10-32147 (Md. Cir. Ct., Prince George's Cty.).
