JPML To Consider Zimmer's Opposition to Transfer in 2 NexGen Knee Cases May 31

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has added two NexGen knee implant cases to its May 31 agenda and will consider Zimmer's opposition to transferring those cases to the NexGen MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In re: Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2272 (N.D. Ill.).

The NexGen cases from Minnesota and Missouri were included on a Schedule of Matters to be considered without oral argument at the panel's May 31 meeting in Washington, D.C.
