Ill. Federal Judge Remands Plavix Injury Case to State Court

BENTON, Ill. - An Illinois federal judge has remanded a Plavix injury case to state court, ruling that the case is not a "mass action" under the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 because it does not contain more than 100 plaintiffs.
