NexGen MDL Court Schedules Depositions for Zimmer NexGen Design Witnesses

CHICAGO - The latest case management order in the Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant MDL allows Zimmer 45 days to designate Rule(B)(6) witnesses for various design teams whose products are the subject of the litigation. In re: Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2272 (N.D. Ill.).

Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer included the directive in Case Management Order No. 3, which was filed in the U.S. Distinct Court for the Northern District of Illinois after the latest status conference April 12 and also addressed Zimmer's document production and other discovery issues.
