Counsel in DePuy ASR MDL Notified of Scheduled Deposition of Surgeon-Defendant

TOLEDO, Ohio - Defense counsel in the DePuy ASR MDL pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio have notified plaintiffs' counsel of their scheduled deposition of orthopedic surgeon Thomas Vail, M.D., a frequently named defendant in the coordinated California ASR cases. In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1:10-md-2197 (N.D. Ohio).

Defendants' lead counsel filed the Cross-Notice of the scheduled Vail deposition with the MDL court April 5.
