NEW YORK - A New York federal judge has adopted a magistrate judge's recommendation that a drug maker be estopped from contesting four of the seven jury findings from a 1982 diethylstilbestrol exposure case in an upcoming trial involving similar claims. Mazzei v. Abbott Laboratories & Co., et al., No. 10-2233 (E.D. N.Y.)
