Wright Medical Files Additional Motions to Dismiss Hip Implant MDL Cases

ATLANTA - Defendants have filed motions to dismiss in another 10 cases transferred to the Wright Medical Technology hip implant multidistrict proceedings, asserting that each of the cases fails to raise viable claims.
