TRENTON, N.J. - The New Jersey Supreme Court has assigned all pending and future New Jersey Propecia cases to Middlesex County Superior Court Judge Jessica R. Mayer for centralized case management. In re Propecia Litigation, No. 623 (N.J. Super. Ct., Middlesex Cty.).
Chief Justice Stuart Rabner ordered that all Propecia suits filed in any other county be transferred to Middlesex County and assigned to Judge Mayer. In a March 16 notice to the bar, Acting Administrative Director of the Courts Glenn A. Grant clarified that the litigation will not be designated as a mass tort.
