Calif. Plaintiff Seeks Coordination of Wright Medical Hip Actions

LOS ANGELES - A California hip implant plaintiff has petitioned the California Judicial Council to create a coordinated proceeding for lawsuits against Wright Medical Technology and related defendants. Wright v. Wright Medical Technology, Inc., No. BC476193 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
