Judge in New Wright Medical Hip Implant MDL Schedules Organizational Meetings

ATLANTA - The judge assigned to the newly created Wright Medical hip implant multidistrict proceedings has issued his first procedural order, which includes a mandate that counsel re-file any motions outstanding in the transferor courts by March 26.
