N.J. Judge Denies Motions for New Trial in High-Profile Accutane IBD Case

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A judge in New Jersey has denied motions for new trial filed in a consolidated Accutane case where jurors returned a verdict for one of three plaintiffs who claimed they developed Inflammatory Bowel Disease after taking the drug.
