Lead Counsel, Executive and Steering Committees Appointed in Actos MDL

ALEXANDRIA, La. - A Louisiana federal judge has appointed lead counsel, liaison counsel and plaintiffs' executive and steering committees in the Actos multidistrict litigation. In re Actos Product Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2299 (W.D. La.).

In a March 12 order, Judge Rebecca F. Doherty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana selected Richard Arsenault of Neblett, Beard & Arsenault in Alexandria, La., and Paul Pennock of Weitz & Luxenberg in New York as lead counsel.
