Purdue Pharma's Unblemished Defense of Oxycontin

The pursuit of a large verdict or settlement propels the growth of a litigation. Plaintiffs seeking damages or medical monitoring as a result of their alleged injuries resulting from Oxycontin, however, have found that arguing against Purdue Pharma, the drug's manufacturer, is a rather daunting task.
