CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Applying Minnesota law, a Wyoming federal judge has denied Stryker Corp.'s motion for summary judgment on claims that it knew, but failed to warn, of the risks associated with the use of its pain pumps in the joint space. Woodard v. Stryker Corp., et al., No. 11-36 (D. Wyo.).
