Plaintiffs in ASR Hip MDL Schedule Deposition of DePuy's Product Director

TOLEDO, Ohio - Plaintiffs in the DePuy ASR hip implant multidistrict proceedings in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio have scheduled the deposition of DePuy product director Pauline "Poly" Cary for May 17 and 18. In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1:10-md-2197-DAK (N.D. Ohio).

The "Notice of Oral and Video Deposition" was filed in the MDL court docket on Feb. 10.

The deposition is scheduled to be held at the offices of Barnes & Thornburgh in Fort Wayne, Ind., according to the notice. DePuy's offices are in Warsaw, Ind.
