LOS ANGELES - A California federal judge has remanded a DePuy Pinnacle hip implant case to state court, saying that the removing defendants failed to support their allegation that the amount in controversy meets the court's $75,000 threshold. Yeoman, et al. v. DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., et al., No. 11-cv-10607-JFW (C.D. Calif.).
