PHILADELPHIA - A suit brought by a Pennsylvania man who says Prozac caused him to kill his father is time barred because he knew by 1996 that he was allegedly injured by the drug maker's failure to warn of the drug's possible side effects, a federal appellate court has affirmed. Danysh v. Eli Lilly & Co., No. 11-3883 (3rd Cir.).
