Judge Orders Deposition of I-Flow to Proceed in Pain Pump Case

RALEIGH, N.C. - A North Carolina federal judge has refused to issue a protective order barring the deposition of I-Flow Corp. representatives in a pain pump injury case, ruling that there is no valid reason to bar the deposition. Rohlik v. I-Flow Corp., No. 10-173 (E.D. N.C.).

On Jan. 13, Judge Louise W. Flanagan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina ordered the representatives to submit to the deposition in California.
