Judicial Panel Reinstates Stay of Conditional Transfer on Procedural Grounds

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has reinstated a stay that was lifted in November to allow transfer of a DePuy ASR hip implant case to the MDL in Ohio, acknowledging that it improperly served counsel with notice of the order.
