MDL Court to Reconsider Propulsid Class Certification Ruling

ATLANTA-A new trial will be scheduled to reconsider a nationwide class certification for medical monitoring relief for individuals who allegedly suffered adverse gastrointestinal events as a result of ingesting Propulsid. In re: Propulsid Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1355 (E.D. La.).

The Plaintiff's Steering Committe's motion for new trial, to alter, amend or reconsider the Court's ruling which denied class certification was granted by U.S. District Judge Eldon E. Fallon in a June 27 order.
